Thank you for signing and returning the contract. We are on schedule with all the paperwork and anticipating the formal launch of your new talent agency on June 1.

Please see below a summary of our conversation in the past two months:

• We are pleased you have accepted our offer as an equal partner in the talent agency. Again, the day-to-day business side will be handled by Mr. Kang Byoong Woo who will hold title of President and CEO. Major business decisions will require the approval of the three partners.
• Per your request, we will name it Immortal Entertainment.
• You will be our primary client. In addition, we have secured 3 more minor actors and actresses who will also join. We will be open for the expansion of our business at a later date.
• The primary focus will be both domestic film and television with the longterm goal of launching the talent abroad, namely the American entertainment market. We are currently working out the details of the contract with your US-based agency, United Talent Agency, to boost our partnership.
• Per your request, Mr. Lee Wonshik has also agreed to leave his current agency to take a position with us.
• The office will be located in Apgujeong Dong. Our doors will formally open to employees three weeks in advance of the announcement, but we can schedule a tour for you in April.

Mina, can you go to LA and meet with a real estate agent? No rush... Whenever you can. We need to find out how much we can sell the house for, and then look into other areas.

Unnie, I booked a flight to LA for next month and set an appointment with the appraiser while I'm there. When do you want to sell by, what are you looking for, what neighborhood and when do you want to move?

No timeline. I don't think I will be back in LA until July, maybe September anyway. I just want to know my options. What's on the market, how much I can get for the current place. I can't decide if I should rennovate or sell. The only thing is: there's not really a lot of room right now for me to expand the place. What do you think?

I either want beach access or a pool. Needs to have at least 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bath. Maybe 4 bedrooms? I might turn one into a home theater or a gym. It doesn't have to be like the current house. Guest house is ideal, but not necessary. Budget... let's say $2.5-3M USD. The current house should hopefully get back about 2 at least. I'm thinking Venice Beach? Malibu? Pacific Palisades, maybe. For beaches. Open to other locations for just a pool. No more Silver Lake, I think. Unless I can get a better view. Brentwood, but I assume I'll only get a tiny place. Beverly Grove, Echo Park... maybe but I feel the same way about Echo Park as I do Silver Lake. Further out is okay too. I just don't want to be a very touristy or expensive area. Just... normal.

I heard Bong Joon Ho has a new project with Netflix... Okja? Supposed to be English/Korean language? Jake Gyllenhaal is supposed to star. Can you find out who they have in mind for the female lead? I would like to do a project with him. Given our relationship with Netflix, it seems like a natural fit... I have a feeling he is looking at Go Ah Sung again, but can we convince him to go older?

OK, I have a meeting with Bong Joon Ho to talk... just to talk. From what I heard, the plot is certainly looking at a much younger woman, possibly even a young girl. This one may not work out, but let's get you at the top of his list for his next project.

Make sure you are back in Korea soon. You have a lot going on.

Are you well? I see commercials for "Descendants of the Sun" everywhere, and I hope everyone loves it. I'm sure they will.

I'm sure we will see each other more this year, and I don't think it will be good for us to continue being like this. It's been nearly six years. It's time we resume our friendship, isn't it?
